Smart Radar System, Inc. announced the following to shareholders in accordance with Article 461 of the Commercial Act because the board of directors decided to issue new shares as follows in order to transfer some of our reserve to the capital. 주식회사 스마트레이더시스템은 상법 제461조에 의거 당사의 준비금 중 일부를 자본금에 전입하기 위하여 아래와 같이 신주를 발행하기로 결의하였기에 이를 공고합니다.
